Approval of Resolution to have Simon Roofing repair/replace the Beach Grill roof. It is proposed that an amount not to exceed $45,000.00 be allocated for Simon Roofing, a TIPS/TAPS accredited service provider, for such necessary repairs and replacements. |

It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached Resolution in the amount not to exceed $45,000.00 to Simon Roofing, under the terms and conditions and authorize the City Manager to execute same. |
